FAQ

Everything about ordering custom aluminum cups — and if your question isn’t here, just call or text us.

Ordering

What’s the minimum order?
Our minimum is 100 cups per design. Smaller sample runs can be quoted case by case, and larger runs drop quickly in per-unit price.
Is there a maximum order size?
No. We regularly produce runs into the tens of thousands for stadium, festival, and retail programs.
Can I order a sample before a bulk run?
Yes. We can provide a blank or a pre-production decorated sample so you can approve the cup, finish, and engraving or print before the full run.
Can I mix cup styles in one order?
Yes. You can combine styles and sizes across an order, and the combined volume counts toward your price tier — ideal for outfitting a full bar or event.
Can I reorder later and match my last batch?
Yes. We keep your artwork, cup spec, and finish on file, so reorders match your previous run exactly and move faster.
How do I place an order?
Send your logo, cup style, and quantity for a free quote and 24-hour mockup. Once you approve the design and quantity, we invoice and begin production — you pay only on approval.

Design & Artwork

Do you charge for mockups?
No. Mockups are free with unlimited revisions until you approve. You only pay once the design is signed off and production begins.
What artwork files do you need?
Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG, or PDF) are ideal for a clean engrave or print. If you only have a photo or a PNG, our designers will recreate your artwork print-ready at no charge.
Can you match my brand (Pantone) colors?
Yes. We offer custom Pantone matching for wrap and screen printing and can advise on how each color reads against silver, black, or copper cups.
What’s the difference between engraving and printing?
Laser engraving cuts a permanent mark into the metal that never scuffs off; wrap and screen printing add full color. Engraving suits logos and monograms; printing suits colorful, edge-to-edge artwork.
Can you personalize each cup individually?
Yes. We can engrave or print individual names, dates, or numbers per cup — popular for weddings, gifts, and events. Just send the list with your order.
How many revisions do I get?
Unlimited, and always free, until you approve the mockup.

Production & Shipping

How long does production take?
About two to three weeks from approved mockup for standard styles; copper finishes and full-color wraps may add a short step we’ll flag up front.
Do you offer rush production?
Yes. Rush is available for a firm event or launch date — tell us your in-hands date and we’ll confirm what’s possible.
Where do you ship?
Nationwide across the U.S., and internationally on request. See our Shipping Policy for details.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is quoted with your order based on quantity and destination. Cups ship stacked and cartoned, so freight stays economical even at volume.
Can you ship to an event venue directly?
Yes. We can ship straight to a venue, warehouse, or event address and coordinate timing so cups arrive before your date.
What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
We make it right. If an order arrives defective or does not match your approved mockup, we remake or replace the affected items.

Pricing & Payment

How much do custom aluminum cups cost?
Bulk pricing is by quote; typical ranges run from about two dollars per cup for a simple printed pint up to around twelve dollars for a copper mule mug, improving as the run grows. Each product page shows its range.
Why don’t you list exact prices?
Price depends on cup style, size, finish, decoration method, and quantity. A quote is the only accurate number — and we return one within a business day.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards, ACH bank transfer, and purchase orders for established companies.
Do you offer a price-match or lowest-price guarantee?
Yes. If you have a comparable written quote, we’ll match or beat it — that’s our lowest-price guarantee.
When do I pay?
You pay only once you approve the mockup and quantity. There is no charge for the design work or the revisions that come before it.

Product & Care

Are aluminum cups dishwasher-safe?
Yes. Our anodized and powder-coated cups are dishwasher-safe; for insulated tumblers we recommend the top rack, and hand-washing keeps any finish looking its best longest.
Which cup style should I choose?
Pint cups for taprooms and everyday pours; insulated tumblers for gifts and daily carry; copper mugs for cocktails; wine tumblers for outdoor events; camping cups for the trail; recyclable cups for stadiums. Tell us the use and we’ll recommend one.
Are the cups recyclable?
Yes. Aluminum is infinitely recyclable, and our cups are designed to be reused for years first and recycled at end of life — a genuine step away from single-use plastic.
Will the engraving or print wear off?
Laser engraving is cut into the metal and is permanent. Wrap and screen prints are cured and coated to resist scuffing through normal use and washing.
Do insulated tumblers really keep drinks cold?
Yes. The double-wall, stainless-lined construction keeps cold drinks cold for up to twelve hours and cuts condensation compared with a single-wall cup.
