OrderingThe Event Cup Ordering Checklist: From Logo to In-Hands
Ordering branded cups for an event goes smoothly when you confirm a few things up front — and turns into a scramble when you don’t. A short checklist keeps the artwork, quantity, and timeline aligned so cups arrive branded, correct, and on time.
Here’s the checklist we walk every event order through.
Lock the artwork and cup style
Start with a final logo in vector format and the cup style that fits the event — pints for a taproom festival, recyclable cups for a stadium, wine tumblers for an outdoor reception. If you only have a photo of the logo, send it and our designers will rebuild it print-ready free before you approve.
Confirm quantity and decoration
Order one cup per expected guest plus a margin, and pick the decoration — engraving for permanence, a full-color wrap for a bold event design, or a screen print to keep cost down. Combining styles in one order shares setup and lowers the per-cup price.
Work back from the in-hands date
Count back from the event: standard production runs about two to three weeks after you approve the mockup, plus shipping. Tell us the date and venue and we’ll confirm the timeline, offer rush if it’s tight, and ship straight to the venue if that helps.
| Step | Confirm | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Artwork | Final vector logo | Clean engrave or print |
| Cup style | Match to the event | Right fit for the setting |
| Quantity | Guests + margin | No shortfall at the bar |
| Timeline | In-hands date + shipping | Arrives before the event |
Work back from the in-hands date first: with 2–3 weeks of production plus shipping, the timeline decides everything else about an event order.
Send your logo, cup style, quantity, and event date and we’ll confirm the timeline and return a free mockup within one business day.
